Ok. So here I am. A Denver real estate agent. My #1 priority is, and always has been, serving my clients. And as yesterday becomes tomorrow, the technology is ever changing. And blogging is now becoming an integral part of the real estate industry.
How you may ask? Well, for one – this is just one more way that I will service my sellers. I am already involved in many other online communities, forums and services, advertising the homes that I am selling for my clients. But adding blogging to the mix is one more.
The neighborhoods that I have listings in will be some of my featured neighborhoods that I blog about. And I might add, not many are doing it. Its just one more step I take to go above and beyond the competition.
Secondly, Are you relocating? Are you looking for the real nitty gritty on the communities you are considering? Do you want to know how many shopping areas are around? Where are the nearest libraries? What are the hot events the month I arrive in Denver? What can I do in a day for adventure? How far is it truly to the mountains? Those questions and many others will be uncovered here as I blog. And it will be real perspectives on the area that you have chosen to live.
Thirdly, every homeowner & potential homeowner wants to stay on top of the market trends. Is it really a buyers market? What are the true benefits of home ownership? What if I need to sell very soon after I bought? I will keep you up to date on our local market, tips and trends.
And so I begin my adventure in blogging.
