March 2007 – Greenwood Village, CO Active Listings – (Total) 109 Active New Listings (listed in March) – 23 Under Contract – 23 Newly Under Contract in March – 18 Greenwood Village is one of the smaller areas in the Denver Metro area, however many of its neighborhoods are made up of high end luxury homes.
