I am the community manager for the golf villas and we offer a low maintenance, paired golf villa product. It is absolutely beautiful here at the golf villas and we build ranches with standard finished basements --with a real Colorado aesthetic! Stucco and stone exteriors, 10' main floor ceilings 9' basements 8' doors, slab granite, optional plank hardwood flooring, Jenn Air kitchens, stained rail with metail spindle and so much...
