Parker real estate for sale has improved a bit and overall is doing well. There is currently just under a 4 month supply of homes for sale in Parker - where as just month ago it was closer to 4 1/ 2 months. There are buyers in Parker - make sure that you listen to your REALTOR concerning price and condition when considering selling your Parker home.
Here are numbers for February 2008 regarding the real estate activity in Parker, Colorado.
As of March 1, 2008 - there were 767 Parker homes for sale (active listings).
