A while ago an agent in our office mentioned a property in our weekly sales meeting that he thought was a good buy. He said that he was showing it for a second time to someone. Well, I also had a client for it, and I called him, got our offer in and got it under contract before the other agent had his second showing. Loose lips sink ships! Good advice Steve!
