REAL ESTATE IN DENVER SUBURBS
HIGHLANDS RANCH HOMES FOR SALE - WHAT CAN YOU LOOK AT BETWEEN $500,000 AND $525,000 TODAY?
Highlands Ranch real estate inventory is still increasing, which is great news for home buyers. There is a lot to choose from and some people have this right - they are listing their homes in great condition and at an accurate price.
If you are in the home buyers market in this south Denver area - here is a snapshot of what =about $525,000 can buy you in Highlands Ranch (according to list prices). The actual price range of Highlands Ranch homes that I am looking at for this purpose is $500,000 to $525,000.
Currently today, 3/29/08 there are 15 homes for sale in Highlands Ranch between $500,000 and $525,000.
There are homes in the price range available all over Highlands Ranch - some neighborhoods include:
- Firelight
- Indigo Hill
- Lantern Hill
- The Hearth
- Westridge Village
- Highlands Ranch Golf Club
- Eastridge Pointe
The range of square footage in this price range right now (3/29/08) tends to be from about 2900 to 3500 - although there are 2 a bit smaller. One is just over 2200 square feet and backs to open space and is advertised as 'Luxury Loaded' with a Finished Walk-out Basement. Nice features that can add value. The other is a ranch style home, also backing to open space and again has a finished walk out basement, so again - a bit smaller square footage potentially still makes sense. The one the larger size of the range is just over 4000 square feet and is in the Westridge Village neighborhood.
The majority of the homes in the range are 4 and 5 bedroom Highlands Ranch homes although there are a few 6 bedroom homes and one 3 bedroom home between $500,000 and $525,000.
I do have a Highlands Ranch home for sale listing as well in this price range and it is in the Firelight neighborhood. At $509,000 it is priced very well, it is a 5 bedroom home, is exquisitely decorated and has many other features that makes it a great home to consider. You can view a tour of the home here. 10657 Briarglen Circle, Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
