DENVER REAL ESTATE – SUBURBS – HIGHLANDS RANCH
In my world of Highlands Ranch real estate, $300,0000 seems to have been the magic number this week. I have had numerous inquiries regarding homes around that price range, I have shown numerous homes around that number and I took a listing right about there as well.
So I thought with that in mind I would take a closer look at what Highlands Ranch homes are available around the $300,000 mark.
So for the use of this glimpse – I will look at $299,000 to $310,000 in Highlands Ranch.
Currently, today on March 29th, there 28 single family homes available for sale in Highlands Ranch in that price range. Their square footage ranges from 1475 to 2287 square feet. There are many neighborhoods in Highlands Ranch that have homes in this price range, some of them currently are
- Highland Walk (patio homes)
- Westridge Knolls
- Timberline Ridge
- Kentley Hills
- Westridge
- Eastridge
- Southridge Vista
- Westridge Pointe
- Crosspointe
- The Hearth
My own listing that is new this week is in Westridge Pointe. It is an absolute stunner that is incredibly original. The upstairs has been completely redone with a bedroom that has been converted to a huge custom master walk-in closet – complete with wood floors and built-in shelving. Its quite a stunner. Click here for a tour.

Most of the homes available have an average size Highlands Ranch lot size, but there are a few of them that have larger sized lots, a few corner lots and even a few that post views. There are also a few Highlands Ranch homes in this price range that are in pre-foreclosure, short sales, bank owned or Highlands Ranch foreclosures.
There seems to be a good deal of activity in this price range, from what I have seen on my own Highlands Ranch listings and from the amount of inquiries I have had form other buyers recently. The bottom line is the same, Highlands Ranch homes that are priced accurately and in good condition will sell. There are buyers out there, particularly in this price range and your Highlands Ranch home can sell.
