Parker Real Estate – Douglas County Real Estate – Market Report – March 2008

DENVER SUBURBS REAL ESTATE

Real Estate Market Reports for March 2008 – PARKER, ELIZABETH, FRANKTOWN, KIOWA

Real estate in this part of the Denver metro area is a bit slower than others, but there is still activity – at 498 new listings this month (single family homes) and 211 homes under contract – you can see that there still is plenty of inventory.

Pricing your Parker, Elizabeth, Franktown and Kiowa home properly is critical.

In addition, you can see that the average sold price is much lower than the average asking price.  As in other areas of the Denver metro real estate market,  the lower price points are seeing swifter movement.  The higher priced homes are taking a bit longer in these Denver suburbs and pricing is absolutely key.
