DENVER SUBURBS REAL ESTATE

Real Estate Market Reports for March 2008 - Jefferson County – Littleton

Jefferson County Colorado – STATISTICS FOR HOME SALES IN THE AREA -Jefferson County – Littleton

This part of Jefferson County has about a 5 1/2 month supply of homes for sale.  Fairly balanced.  There are areas with higher priced homes, which drive the average asking price.  However, the typical home value at just over $300k makes up the majority of homes and also the majority of buyers.  With that in mind, it seems to be a good market for both buyers and sellers.  Buyers have been a bit slower to the market but definitely coming on strong now.  Remember, price and condition will always drive quicker sales and if you don't have around 5 1/2 months to wait, pay attention to these two key ingredients and you should be on your way to the next home!
