If you have recently moved to Denver or perhaps looking for a fun place to spend an evening during a home shopping trip - I highly recommend Vesta Dipping Grill. 

Located in the LoDo neighborhood of Denver I have been numerous times to Vesta and it never disappoints.  Whether you are going with just your other half or a large group the atmosphere is hard to beat and the food is flat out fantastic. 

At Vesta you choose your entree and then you choose your sauces - and of course your waiter will make a recommendation to you about the sauce but you can mix it up however you choose.  I always love this in a bigger group because you can try lots of options if you like.  We have a group of 3 other couples that we go to dinner about once a quarter, and this was one of the places we went this year.  While it was not new for my wife & I - it was for some of our friends and it was fun to see them enjoy Vesta for the first time.  The booths for larger parties are great too - request a round table and you won't have that long table syndrome where you are not talking to those at the other end.  The round table atmosphere at Vesta is just one of the things that make it so great.

Some of my favorite entrees include the harissa roasted chicken, the grilled beef tenderloin and the sofrito grilled pork tenderloin.  We generally hang out for a while and get some appetizers as well and we have loved the salsa sampler and the steamed dumplings.  I have only had a few bites of dessert there once, but the Wacky apple and was fabulous and there is a chocolate cake option that I have never had, but that is next on my list.

Personally I just don't get downtown in the evenings as often as I like anymore, and so when I do I want to make sure I am going somewhere great - if you choose Vesta Dipping Grill you will love it!

Definitely make a reservation, and you may have to do so in advance, especially for a larger group.  Its location is hard to beat as well, located at 1822 Blake - its at the certain of the action of LoDo and not far from other great attractions downtown as well.
