I just passed by your blog. That area looks nice for development but I sure hope that they would include “green” developments as well. There are lots of open space perfect for placing solar panels and since a mountain range is near it, I assume there’s a regular breeze passing through the land which is perfect for some wind turbines. Anyway, these are just suggestions but I would love the developers if they could weave in these stuff beautifully.
