This afternoon I was able to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony at Ritzy Rover in Highlands Ranch through the Highlands Ranch Chamber of Commerce meet-up. Ritzy Rover is a pet boutique and spa that plans on catering to Highlands Ranch pets in every way! There are lots of wonderful options for pet care and supplies in Highlands Ranch, however Ritzy Rover offers a unique experience for you and your pet.
Overall, I was impressed. The ambience of the store felt very nice, as well as comfortable. The interior is very welcoming with chandelier style lighting and a leather sofa waiting area. There are treats, toys, food and supplies that I know my own dog would drool over. The owner, Deanna and her staff are friendly and willing to help with all your questions.
One of the specialties of Ritzy Rover is the spa experience for your pet. A full assortment of bathing and treatment options await your best friend. You won’t need to worry about messing with the bathing, just leave it up to the professional staff to make your pet all clean and new again. I have a habit of washing my own dog down in the basement or the backyard, but I’m thinking I may try this out and see how it goes.
Ritzy Rover is a welcome addition to the Highlands Ranch community and is now open.

Are you kidding me? I went to Ritzy Rover Highlands Ranch, CO yesterday for the first time…I do not plan on ever going there again. I walked in and the woman behind the desk was having a conversation with a friend. The two women stopped talking and looked at me and then turned away and began talking again. Not once did I get a ‘Hello’ or ‘Can I help you?’ I looked around for awhile and still nothing. I walked out and thought how could they possibly be in business with NO customer service? Too bad for you!!
It sounds like you had a bad experience. I’m sorry to hear that. I have not had a bad experience there, only the opposite and I do support local businesses. I hope things go better for you if you ever decide to go back. Thanks for commenting.
