The Canyon Ranch neighborhood is in Highlands Ranch at the very north end of the boundary along County Line Road. Canyon Ranch is situated between C470 and County Line Road just west of Colorado Blvd. The community is gated and is made up of around 200 or so condos within several buildings. The homes were built in 1996-1997 and range from around 1000 s.f to around 13oo s.f. Many of the upper level units have vaulted ceilings and often can cost a premium. Parking can be single garages or carports as well as reserved spaces. Be sure to check what comes with the unit you may be purchasing.
Canyon Ranch is served by the Douglas County School District . Elementary students attend Cougar Run, middle school is Cresthill and Highlands Ranch High School is the senior high. There are other nearby options including charter schools and private schools.
Canyon Ranch is convenient to a lot of shopping. Located along County Line Road, Park Meadows Mall,and the shopping nearby is only about 10 minutes away. There are other convenient shopping such as the Eastridge shopping area in Highalnds Ranch with King Soopers, Whole Foods and a variety of other shopping and dining all withing 8-10 minutes from Canyon Ranch. Commuters will have easy access to RTD bus lines, C470 and I-25 access and RTD Light Rail within 12 minutes drive from Canyon Ranch. Access toMeridian Business Park, the DTC area are both no more than 15 minutes and downtown Denver around 25 minutes.
