Falcon Hills is the original luxury neighborhood of Highlands Ranch. Both a gated and pool community – Falcon Hills is actually two neighborhoods – Falcon Hills North and Falcon Hills South. Falcon Hills, both North and South, is known for its large expansive yards, some even with pools. Additionally, from its perch high on a hill, many homes in Falcon Hills have beautiful wide open mountain views of the entire front range. Residents of Falcon Hills belong to the Highlands Ranch Community Association as well as the Falcon Hills Association. Residents are able to use the recreational facilities and programs offered by HRCA.
Falcon Hills Subdivision is part of the Douglas County School District and feeds into Highlands Ranch High School with Cougar Run Elementary & Cresthill Middle School as its feeder schools. Additional educational options in Highlands Ranch are very nearby as well – including charter school Platte River Academy and several private schools – including Cherry Hills Christian, Valor Christian High School, Denver Christian (K – 8).
Located just off of University Blvd, residents of Falcon Hills have extremely easy access to C470 for commuters. Getting to the DTC or Meridian Business Park is only around 15 minutes and downtown Denver around 25 minutes. For public transportation there is a convenient park and ride lot about a minute away. Shopping is just up the road at the Streets of Southglen in Centennial, about 8 minutes and of course Park Meadows Mall is a mere 15 minutes away. There are plenty of other close by convenience shopping and dining including local grocery stores and restaurants.
