Westridge Glen is a mix of quality builders, ranging in size from around 1800-3600 s.f. Most of the homes here were built in the early to mid 1990’s and have contemporary architecture. Most of the Westridge Glen neighborhood has well landscaped yards and attractive curb appeal. Many of the homes can back to open space or Marcy Park with beautiful views!
The community is part of the Highlands Ranch Community Association and has access to all the recreation centers and events that the HRCA makes available to the Highlands Ranch residents. Nearby trails connect Westridge Glen to Marcy Park and to Redstone Park. The neighborhood is convenient to the Highlands Ranch Golf Club, easily within walking distance.
Westridge Glen is served by the Douglas County school district. Students attend Eldorado Elementary, Ranch View middle schooll and Thunderidge High school. There are other nearby options for private and charter schools as well, including Valor Christian High School.
Residents of Westridge Glen find the neighborhood is in a very convenient location for commuting and shopping. Highlands Ranch Town Center is a walk or short drive away featuring Super Target, Tattered Cover Books, Landsdowne Arms and Old Blinking Light restaurants and a variety of other specialty food and shopping choices. Everything you would want is very close by. Later by the end of 2013, the Children’s Hospital will complete it’s major new hospital just about a mile from the neighborhood. Commuters find it very easy to get to C470 in about 5 minutes with access to Park Meadows Mall, 15 minutes, DTC and Meridian Business Park, 20 minutes and downtown Denver about 25 minutes away. Of course, if you prefer the ease of RTD light rail, the Mineral Station is only around 12 minutes from the neighborhood.
