Littleton, Colorado is a suburban city on the south side of Denver, located in parts of Arapahoe, Jefferson and Douglas Counties. Ideally located, Littleton has easy access to major routes into downtown Denver as well as highway access to C-470 leading to all parts of town and into the foothills. Commuting via RTD light rail is convenient, with access directly into downtown and venues such as Pepsi Center, Coors Field, Sports Authority Field and the theatre distict. Litttleton is home to several major employers as well, including Lockheed Martin, EchoStar, IBM and Centurylink.
Littleton is filled with parks, trails and outdoor life. Everything from ice rinks to swimming pools to plenty of fabulous golfing. Old Town Littleton is a step back to Mayberry, but modern. A perfect place to shop, stroll along main street and eat at a local cafe or fine restaurant. Several festivals take place nearby including the very popular Western Welcome Week parade which takes place annually on main street. Husdon Gardens in Littleton is another attraction which hosts beautiful gardens, summer concerts and holiday light shows.
Residential neighborhoods vary greatly from large custom homes on huge lots to townhomes, condos and apartments. Newer subdivisions all the way to charming old historical homes.
